Okay, so I don't speak Spanish.

Hell, I barely speak ENGLISH. I mean, I thought I spoke English but it turns out that I have no idea how to properly add "izzle" to a word which as you all know seems to be the foundation in which our great language was built.
"Chizzle gizzle dafizzle izzlebizzle yo.."
We totally need a hip-hop version of Babelfish for us terminally white folk, but I digress.
The main point of my butchering the Spanish language was to point out that on May 15th I will have been writing this daily column, not-a-blog, bloumn for a year.
A YEAR.
Do you have ANY idea how much time a YEAR is? Well, by my calculation it's almost 365 days give or take and that my friends means its time for a little site recap. Not a big one, nonono - we're saving that for the 15th, unless it falls on a Sunday, then you get squat.
But today, while going through some of the past entries, noticing that I've almost tripled my word count since starting, and repairing old boobie pics that suffer from the horrific "Red X" disease because I STILL don't have a good picture hosting site, I realized something;
I am a HUGE geek.

That, and the fact that I've actually learned a few things since I've started writing on a daily basis, and THAT is the um.....basis....(awkward)....for today's Column.
"Things I've Learned in a Year of Writing"
Some People Like To Hate You - It doesn't matter how funny you are (or ..think..you are), how well you write or how large your reader base becomes. You will *always* have someone who "hates" you JUST so that they can say that they hate you. These are the people who always have to take the "counter-trendy" side to any argument and "hate" just for the sake of not following the other sheep, fighting the man, and refusing to shave their armpits. (Who cares on a dude, inexcusable on a chick btw.)
These people are also the people who read your works the most. They hang on every word, looking for anything that they can rip apart because they hate to admit that they LIKE you. I love these people because they are amazing at driving up site hits.
Some People REALLY Hate You - See? That first one doesn't sound so pompous now does it? People will hate you - TRULY hate you. They'll write you hate mail, bash you anonymously and do things to ensure that you KNOW that they *loathe* you.
But I've also learned that THIS is going to happen. As soon as you put yourself out there in the light, you are going to rub someone the wrong way and you are going to be loathed.
You can't make everyone like you, you can't make everyone understand you, and you aren't going to be loved by all.
Even a pool full of hot chicks will get looks of disgust from SOMEONE.

But not me. I love the boobies.
J.K. Rowling Fans Scare Me - Whenever I make a Harry Potter joke, no matter HOW small or seemingly innocent, the Rowling fans go RABID. They grab their little wands, hitch up their robes and start casting open a can of verbal whoopass on me. Death threats, threatened Boycotts, hints of REAL "dark Magik" with an "I'm Illiterate K" if I continue my bashing...
These people *f...

2010-02-06 00:00:00
The new Interactive Mapping system includes maps of every Trial of Atlantis zone and many of it's dungeons. Additional maps are in the design stage and new content is being added daily. To keep up with the most current information, use our maps online or visit often to print a new set.
A simple click of the mouse allows you to change the maps content to display customized information. Whether you are leveling your character, need to know where creatures are located, or need to find an artifact or scroll, a click of a button can display creatures, named mobs, master level encounter locations and more.
